The honey pork ribs at Yoke Heng is just simply irresistible. They are served piping hot wrapped in aluminium foil. The ribs are fork tender with a sweet smoky taste to it. Goes extremely well with rice although it's served with very little sauce. I think it can do better if it comes with more sauce coating the ribs. It was insanely good!
