Pastel, a little cafe in a Setiawangsa shop-house.Tacos are also a speciality at Pastel, filled with lamb or beef for RM18 per plate of two.'Texas Burger' with hand-pressed beef patty (RM16); the tacos & burgers come with fries. Sri Malaya is a restaurant which is serving a wide range of western cuisines.Grill lamb chop This dish is the grill lamb chop. The sauce for the grill lamb chop is the black pepper sauce. It was very rich in pepper taste and will not be too spicy either. The lamb chop is tender and juicy too.
Moving to my all time favourite which is the pudding, they have got quite a bit of interesting choices as well. I kind of like the caramel pudding even though I am no big fan of caramel. Wasn’t dulcified to extreme, and I love it just as it is.Also great was the texture and the slight chill in it, Making this delightfully tasty.

My sister ordered this carbonara pasta from Levain. The creamy smell from this meal is very strong, even before they served, i could smell it. The overall presentation is elegant and neat. The pasta creamy sauce is delicious but the bacon is a bit salty. It will be quite bored to finish the whole pasta alone. It's good to end your meal with dessert and have a beautiful ending!
To get a good fried rice, they said the rice must be dry enough, so it won't stick together when you fried them. Yet it must not be too dry until when you eat it, you feel very thirsty.
