Vietnam meeAbsolute bluff ....Vietnam mee. The cooked instant noodles and garnished it with 3 pieces of pork, 2 prawns and a slice of pork intestine with bean sprout and kangkung ! RM6.00 for a bowl of instant noodles named as Vietnam noodles simply not worth it.

Kam Heong not only famous with its braised duck, its side dishes are great as well. Egg, vegetables and mushroom. The braised sauce is definitely the magic that makes them all taste good. I love the mushroom the most because the sauce utterly fills the mushroom. The soft mushroom brings good taste to us. 

This shop is near to MBPJ. I believe people surround this shop know it well. It is very famous with its braised duck rice. It opens at night I think. The braised duck sauce is super yummy! Plain rice with the Concentrated sauce also super nice. Of course the duck is filled with the taste. RM 7 for the duck is worthy. =) 

平时的我都不爱吃鸭子，总觉得鸭子有种乖乖的味道。可是这家的卤鸭我就能够接受。应该是老板的功夫够，把鸭子那阵怪味都处理掉，剩下的就是那卤水的香料的香味。虽然鸭子入口有点韧，但慢慢的咬还是很有味道的。所以每次来这里都会点这道卤鸭。

Together with a friend of mine, craving for duck meal. Spotted this restaurant has high number of customers that night. Once we seated, the staff is serving us well. The rice is fragrant rice. The stewed duck is well marinated and cook well. The sauce is delicious. I spread it all over my rice. The eat is very soft and juicy. The eggs is salty only and the sauce is not nice.

This restaurant have two operations session. Morning, there are more stalls available while at night, there are only duck stall and the satay.I always went there in the morning. But some of my friends told me their Duck rice which only available for dinner is very famous and fast selling.Without prior planning, my friend and I went here for dinner. Time passes really fast as it is 6 months already since my last visit to Kam Heong. Today, mum and I finally tried Kam Heong's famous Lou Ngap aka braised duck for dinner. Besides the duck, we also had their braised duck intestines and gizzards. As we were here before 5pm, it was still a normal kopitiam selling regular kopitiam food. At night, the famous duck seller takes over. Having a kopitiam-style lunch, we ordered toasted bread with butter and kaya spread. The toast was so crispy and crunchy with butter melted perfectly on the inside. Kaya is spread over the butter and the combination of salty butter with sweet kaya is so yummy! Although simple, it makes good food to accompany a cup of coffee.

This is no ordinary popiah (spring roll) as it's wrapped with an extra layer of seaweed. Well, actually the insides are still the same with the usual carrot, cucumber and turnip. All fresh and in long shreds. Biting into the crunchy spring roll, you can taste the fresh and juicy vegetables inside. The crispy seaweed layer outside adds a slightly salty taste to it.

This is our plate of chee cheong fun in curry sauce. Didn't take any of the noodles though, just the 'lauk'. The brown pieces you see on top of the plate aren't crackers. They're actually huge pieces of pig skin! *tak halal* The pig skin is crunchy and the spongy texture absorbs the curry giving it a good flavour. We also took some aubergines and a chilli. Brinjal wasn't too oily and the curry sauce was still at an acceptable level of spiciness.

Porridge is often know as a simple food (or food for the sick people) but there's a stall here would prove you wrong.The porridge is cooked in claypot and was flavour with various seafood from prawn to lala and dried scallop. It was a perfect match that bring out the natural sweetness to the porridge. The porridge was not over watery nor is it too dry. The claypot tend to keep the content warn until you finish the whole thing. It is so tasty that you would give 2 thumbs up but be warn, it doesn'

Tired of chicken rice every meal? Then try out Duck Rice in Kam Heong (甘香茶餐室) , PJInstead of roasted, the duck meat is cooked in a special gravy of its own with exploding flavour. The duck is just awesome and not too oily nor hard. With tons of thick gravy to go with, you might wanna get 2 bowl of rice instead.

Every six months, I'll visit Kam Heong Duck Rice Restaurant once because I need to do some banking in the UOB Bank next to it. In the morning, this coffee shop sells Char Kuey Teow, Curry Mee, Prawn Mee and Claypot Porridge. Today, I introduced about duck rice. I personally a duck lover and no matter stewed duck or roasted duck I will sure be there for it. Now, I will like to recommend is the famous stewed duck (Lo Ngap) rice in PJ state. I stay near PJ state and always pass by without knowing there is a duck rice shop until my bf recommended me.
