My boyfriend wanted to have burger for sometime therefore when I know offpeak got 25% for The Grind Burger Bar, I quickly booked it for 3pax at 6pm. My boyfriend was so happy when I told him about that. The Grind Burger Bar is located same row with The Humble Pie, Section 17. One of the newer burger joints to hit Klang Valley. Big plus being they serve pork patties. The bun is nice soft & fluffy. Patties are thick & juicy. Not dry like most places. We tried 3 varieties which were the teriyaki chicken, lord of the rings pork & the grind house pork burger. All 3 were yummy in their own way. Difference being the toppings & sauce. 自從myBurgerLab率先推出各種口味新鮮的黑炭漢堡後，本地飲食界即掀起一股漢堡風潮，頓時間大家彷彿成為了漢堡的忠實粉絲，而黑炭漢堡和排長龍買漢堡的照片更是在各社交網絡上瘋傳，影響力驚人。眼見漢堡賣得轟轟烈烈，其他商家又怎會錯過這黃金時機呢？因此，我們又有了Burgertory (Subang)、Crayon Burger (Subang)、Burger Junkyard (Kota Damansara)、Smashies Burger (Setapak)、KGB Killer Gourmet Burgers (Bangsar)...不計其數的漢堡店猶如雨後的春筍般冒了出來，情況如同前陣子的珍珠奶茶，但這股熱潮能持續多久，是否會步珍珠奶茶的後塵，就得看各商家的表現了。今天，我就要與大家分享這家同樣新開不久的漢堡專賣店The Grind Burger Bar，供大家作為選擇漢堡的參考。

这个特别汉堡就是这个日式的米饭汉堡，烤猪肉，配料还有烤紫菜，teriyaki蘑菇，番茄和特制味增酱，配上照烧酱整个的味道就是让我胃口大开啊，而且以饭团取代面包的关系，吃完这个感觉更胖更饱，搭配日式wasabi美奶滋的。

这个芝士汉堡包准从的是原汁原味的滋味，所以这里这个真材实料的自制超大汉堡包是这里卖点，手剁的碎牛肉，以人手方式揉搓成饼状，所以口感饱和，再加上浓郁的芝士，味道一绝。

除了汉堡包之外，还有在汉堡包店里少见的野菇汤，而且味道超级浓郁，然后在上面撒些香草碎，像是野蘑搅碎的酱多过汤，那个蒜蓉面包烘得脆到像饼干得感觉，用泡汤吃很不错。

这个是店内最贵最大个的汉堡包，而且食客可以根据个人喜好而选择牛肉或猪肉，然后再加入了培根，煎鸡蛋，洋葱，芝士及蔬菜，还配上他们家特制的德古拉酱，粉红色的美奶滋，幸福的滋味尽在言语中。

这里的马铃薯泥，厨师将新鲜的马铃薯煮至软绵然后再加入自制的黑椒汁，黑椒的辛辣使马铃薯的味道挺浓，所以味道还挺惹味的，然后再吃时用蒜茸烤面包来配搭，结果效果出来味道倍加可口。

The JD Pork Burger. The burger came with Jack Daniel’s sauce, bacon, natural cheddar, lettuce and fresh tomato. My dining companion ordered this burger but he said he could taste the Jack Daniel’s sauce, I somehow manage to taste it a little bit. The bacon was quite salty but I like it. The pork patty was thin and it was not moist enough. Overall, it was just a so-so burger.

Wild Shroom Pork Burger. The burger came with sautéed mushrooms, swiss cheese, onions, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise. I am a fan of mushroom, as such, I could not resist myself from ordering this wild shroom pork burger. The sautéed mushrooms portion was slightly little, I wish they could give more. The sautéed mushroom was not strong taste. The pork patty was slightly dry.

Grind House Beef Burger. The burger consisted of fried egg, caramelized onions, natural cheddar, lettuce, fresh tomato and mayonnaise. The mayonnaise was known as Dracula mayonnaise which was the pink cream within the burger. I still could not figure out what ingredient was used to create the pink cream. The beef burger was juicy but it was not up to our expectation.
