Lucky me, mom took me for Japanese lunch after I told her that I've been craving for it. At first we were thinking of getting something else but then I pestered her into having Sushi Zanmai, plus she wanted to treat me since I followed her around while she ran her work errands. As always, we would always order Beef Sukiyaki that comes in a nice pot over a stove to keep the soup hot for as long as we want. Went to Sushi Zanmai at Paradigm Mall for dinner with the family. As usual, there was a huge line outside the outlet and looking for a parking space on a Friday night was really tiring. However, since sis was back for the weekend so we went out for dinner. 这是他们的麻辣拉面，这碗拉面的份量其实并不多，所以比较大吃的人可能会感觉吃不饱。麻辣拉面的汤汁味道还满不错，虽然都可以跟拉面专卖店的口味来相比，可是味道还是不错的，够辣，够刺激。面条的口感也不错。

这一款寿司的味道也是非常好吃的。它是普通的煎鸡蛋卷，切成整齐地放在捏得结实的饭团上。鸡蛋上面挤了很多的mentai酱料，撒上紫菜碎之后，微微熏过，简简单单的，味道却非常的香。

这一款装满满鱼卵的寿司也是非常好吃的。寿司的外皮用了豆腐代替紫菜，虽然没有了紫菜脆脆的口感，可是吃起来的味道比较甜。这款寿司用了三种颜色的鱼卵，不过其实也没有不同的味道。

很喜欢他们的这一款三文鱼寿司。三文鱼切得厚厚的，色泽鲜明，口感有嚼劲，非常的新鲜。三文鱼片上挤了mentai酱汁，在洒上一些青色的蔬菜片，非常好看。拿去微微醺了之后整个香味就出来了。很好吃！

这一款鸡肉井虽然小小碗的，可是我也吃得蛮饱。它里面的鸡肉是炸的，面粉不会厚，鸡肉的质感新鲜，口感很有嚼劲。吃了鸡肉，还有半熟的鸡蛋，洋葱片，紫菜，腌制过的一些蔬菜等等。把鸡蛋搅拌均匀很好吃。

还慢喜欢他们的这一款火锅的，用的汤汁颜色是黑色的，味道是类是日本淡淡的酱油，咸咸的。一份火锅的料有大量的蔬菜。香菇，胡萝卜，白豆腐，冬粉等等，还有的就是切得薄片的鸡肉，大概有12片，把食材烫熟，再沾着生蛋一起吃味道超棒！

这里的鳗鱼寿司还满不错，经常都会点它。鳗鱼肉切得还蛮厚片的，鱼肉的质感也很好，色泽鲜明，是非常的新鲜的。烤的时候加了的调味味道微咸。他们的饭团也捏得非常的结实。口感柔软，好吃。

忘记了这一款寿司的真正名字，可是我本身就非常喜欢这个口味的日本料理了。它的外层不是紫菜，而是豆腐皮。味道吃起来甜甜的，里面包着的是结实的饭，饭的上层是经过烧烤的美奶滋，和一些香菜，味道非常好。

To begin, I would like to say that I am a person who loves Unagi. Furthermore, I too love runny egg and Japanese fat-rice. I believe that the 3 ingredients that I've mentioned could make an excellent combination of flavours, texture and aroma. Thus, I'd expected a lot from this dish but all it had for me was disappointment. I expected the dish to had deeper and stronger flavours with a good amount of runny yolk. Unfortunately, I did not.

I remember the first time I tried the seasoned jellyfish, I mistaken it for seasoned sharksfin. However, after having my first bite, I fell in love with it ever since. The jellyfish was packed filled with flavour. Each strip of jellyfish had a really nice chew to it. Furthermore, it was a little bit spicy and I love spicy food. Overall, the seasoned jellyfish works fantastic as an appetizer.
