I had no intention to order this dish until I saw one of my friends ordering it and when it arrived, it had smelt so good. The honey pork ribs at Yoke Heng is just simply irresistible. They are served piping hot wrapped in aluminium foil. The ribs are fork tender with a sweet smoky taste to it.
