Escargots. As compared to last time, I felt that they have improved the taste of their escargots. Last time was heavy-laden with cheese as compared to now, it was a mixture of garlic and melted cheese sauce. The escargots were big sizes and the sauce has that signature escargot taste but it was not strong enough. The taste of garlic cheese was slightly diluted for me.

Clam Chowder. We were determined not to order the normal mushroom soup since we are in a seafood restaurant. We ordered the clam chowder instead. It was served in a small bowl with a little bit of cream. There were few pieces of clams in it and the soup was creamy. It was sweet in fact, which I do not prefer. I like a more saltier taste for clam chowder. An average soup.

French Lobster Toast. Since the restaurant is famous with its lobster, even the bruschetta, we also ordered the lobster toppings. It was lobster pieces with carrot pieces. I felt that there were majority carrot pieces and I could only taste the carrot. The amount of lobster was extremely little. Topped with some cheese but it was not baked till golden brown.

Simmered (North America) Lobster. Out of so many options, we finally settled with this North America simmered style. It was a style that simmer the whole lobster with superior stock. A glass of butter oil and corn were served alongside this lobster. As it was being simmered, the freshness of the lobster was there, but the meat was slightly tough. The butter oil was good.

Shelter Garlic Lobster (Hong Kong "bei fong tong"). This is Hong Kong signature cooking style. It was crispy lobster meat with finely chopped garlic and chilli. The chopped garlic and chilli seasonings were extremely fragrant but somehow or rather, I felt thirsty after eating half way. The lobster was fully laden with this garlic. It was salty and spicy at the same time.

Hubby picked the cook his lobster by char-broiling it, which basically means grilling. The lobster came with a slight burnt smell, but that was expected. The lobster was cooked very well, and surprisingly it has a bit of salty taste, probably due to the lobster's own juicy fresh sea taste. It was served with half a corn cob and some fresh coleslaw. The lobster here is truly recommended!

The lobsters served here has a range of sizes, and each size correspond to a certain price. The size range from 550gm to 900gm, priced from RM98 to RM138. Since hubby and I were having a lobster each, we decided to go for the 550gm. I chose to go for the simmered whole lobster. The waiter actually shows you the live lobster before heading to kitchen. In a place that specialises in lobsters, one must try the lobster bisque. Thick and rich soup heavily flavoured with lobster taste, it was divine. Orange in colour, it was very appetising to the palate. There were bit of fresh lobster meat added to it, and each mouthful made me a happy camper. Pepper can be requested for, and the waiters will happily give the pepper grinder a few twists on the soup. Highly recommended!

I didn't know that there was a great restaurant just around the corner serving lobsters. Went to check it out with hubby the other day, and decided to splurge. First we ordered some oysters. I don't really like them raw, hence we chose to cook them kilpatrick style as appetisers. They were really well done. Baked with bacon bits and chopped onions, the saltiness of the bacon and the freshness of the juicy and succulent oysters resulted in an awesome dish. Definitely a must try!

The restaurant has a simple western style settings. It has a big tank full of lobsters.550g lobster. They have more than 10 ways of cooking lobster. We ordered the charboiled version. It was really good and the lobster was really fresh. This version can exactly let us taste the freshness of lobster and the meat was springy too. Except for the meat at the tip of the claw which was super salty, dont know what was the reason.

Soup of the day was chicken and corn soup. To me, it was sweet, and it was fine.Cheese seafood spaghetti. It came with some salmon and squid. The cheese was super super thick and sticky. I wish the cheese could be more burnt, it was quite "raw" until the cheese smell was so strong. It was not creamy, it was super cheesy and sticky, and made so difficult to even scoop it up with my fork. Could not finish the whole plate.

Half dozen of escargots. The escargots came without the shell. The escargots were medium-sized and a bit on the soft side, it doesn't have the springy feeling of an escargot. The garlic cheese was normal only. The escargots came on top of a bed of mashed potato and below each escargot has a piece of button mushroom (which were quite big size). I enjoyed the mashed potato and mushroom though. An above average dish.
