Hubby picked the cook his lobster by char-broiling it, which basically means grilling. The lobster came with a slight burnt smell, but that was expected. The lobster was cooked very well, and surprisingly it has a bit of salty taste, probably due to the lobster's own juicy fresh sea taste. It was served with half a corn cob and some fresh coleslaw. The lobster here is truly recommended!
