Shelter Garlic Lobster (Hong Kong "bei fong tong"). This is Hong Kong signature cooking style. It was crispy lobster meat with finely chopped garlic and chilli. The chopped garlic and chilli seasonings were extremely fragrant but somehow or rather, I felt thirsty after eating half way. The lobster was fully laden with this garlic. It was salty and spicy at the same time.
