Digging the sesame peanut spicy sauce over the ramen and this time we chose dry! Pretty big portion and also not forgetting their famous Xiao Long bao. We had the mixed pork and shrimp xiao long bao (steamed dumplings). These little morsels of goodness was flavourful on its own and the addition of the vinegar ginger soy sauce adds a little touch of oomph to it! The dumplings burst out with the broth on the inside.

Outing with colleagues today to meet our customers in Kuala Lumpur. We decided to meet in Din Tai Fung, Pavilion KL for lunch. The main dishes we don't talk about it today but the desserts, especially for those who love dessert after main course. We have ordered red bean + glinko dessert. The texture is very rough and serve by glinko where many desserts have it too! This dessert still can be improved in term of texture. However, it tastes great!! Good try on it!!

Din Tai Fung is a pleasant restaurant, with good service and delicious food. Though the queue during weekends is really long, but if you are ok with sitting outside, the waiting time is about 15 minutes. Although the restaurant had a considerably large sitting capacity, the place was full.My family and I love the food here, especially the "xiao long bao", where each of us can finish 10 each easily, on top of the other dishes.The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. This is my favourite rest

最普通的蛋炒饭也需要一门学问。这里的金香蛋炒饭香气很浓郁。师傅的火候也很足够，把饭炒的很美味。这里的环境很好，卫生条件看起来非常的高。在这种餐馆吃蛋炒饭，我还是第一次。哈哈，不过好吃啦值得一试。

除了点上鼎泰豐的招牌小菜外，我也点了这里的葱香鸭卷来试试。鸭肉是有经过烧烤后切成的一片片状，用春卷皮把鸭肉和葱包起来，放进油锅里炸。虽然外皮很脆可是带硬我不大喜欢它的外皮，鸭肉很够味，配着新鲜的葱和香脆的外皮，很多层次的口感。

牛肉面也是我们两姐弟很爱的食物之一,今天真的很痛快地点了这道红烧牛肉面。这里的牛肉面汤头看起来有点油，可是看见那些牛肉保证你们看了也会觉得非常的赞。你能看见牛肉之间里面的劲，咬起来是非常嫩而且口感很赞，牛肉绝对不会有骚的味道噢。

这里的招牌小笼包当然也是我来到这里必点的一道料理咯！我们两人点了两款的小笼包，一个是鸡肉，另一个不记得什么口味了，因为我们两人都吃不出两笼小笼包到底不同的在那里。知道的就是它真的个个都一样大，皮薄汤赞，可惜贵了些不能经常光顾。

这里的虾仁烧卖非常的值得大家一试，当服务员端上这一笼烧卖时我就被烧卖上只只虾仁深深的吸引着了。虾仁非常的新鲜，一口咬下去的时候感觉很弹牙，烧卖的皮恰到好处不会太厚，里面的馅料热乎乎的，狼吞虎咽的你，可是千万别被它的汤汁烫到噢！

很久没能吃这个鼎泰豐了，难得有人能够请吃我当然义不容辞的来这里大块朵儿咯。爱吃面的我这次点了这里的炸酱拉面，我看见这里的拉面上面满满的肉碎还有的就是香菇，豆腐，豆酱，加上洋葱。这里的面看起来很细可是还是很有嚼劲，和上面的肉碎拌着真的享受。

這一個小籠包可厲害了。物以稀為貴啊！小小一粒的，價格對我來說也還蠻貴的。可是你必須試試喔，服務員把他端上桌是，蒸籠上的小籠包是熱燙的，小心翼翼的把它放進嘴裡，小心燙着。是有肉汁從外皮出來的。好吃啦！

Most ppl would recommend xiao long bao, i would personally recommend ppl to try the house special appertizer and fried rice. For 2 person, you can try order 1 appertizer, 1 fried rice and 1 or 2 more dishes. Like me i always order:- house special appertizer- shrimp pork fried rice- xiao long bao- fried shrimp Price is reasonable. Environment also clean. One of my favorite restaurant.

说到鼎泰丰真的是无人不晓。我自己很喜欢这个红烧牛肉面得汤头。牛肉的鲜味在汤头里面一直不断的冲击我的味蕾。让人吃了一口接一口。面条爽口弹牙，是师傅现拉的拉面。我连汤也会喝光

这里的小笼包都是每一次我到 Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐必吃的。din tai fung 的小笼包外皮透明，可以看到里面的陷料。陷料有少许的麻油和猪肉。夹起一颗小笼包，记得要点醋和姜丝（店里提供），再入口，一口咬下去，小笼包里的汁会喷出来的。建议热热的时候吃哦！

Xiao Loong Bao in Din Tai Fung is a hit item on the menu and a must try. Its a dim sum favourite too and its steam and served hot. The skin is very thin and in it were some broth, so do handle it to the mouth with care as its really hot. Its covering a tender meat within and very juicy. Its very aromatic and can eat it on its own. You will ask for more. The price does goes with the quality, so do not hesitate.

Din Tai Fung is a famous Chinese cuisine restaurant in Pavilion. There is a long queue every time but its well worth the wait for good quality food. The fried rice is suitable for children and its well cook with a lot of vegetable, carrot, long bean, egg and mushroom. Its not salty, and the taste is appetizing. Best served hot and great with a cup of hot Chinese tea.
