Xiao Loong Bao in Din Tai Fung is a hit item on the menu and a must try. Its a dim sum favourite too and its steam and served hot. The skin is very thin and in it were some broth, so do handle it to the mouth with care as its really hot. Its covering a tender meat within and very juicy. Its very aromatic and can eat it on its own. You will ask for more. The price does goes with the quality, so do not hesitate.
