This stall sells braised duck in soy sauce. Other than braised duck, it also sells braised beancurd, braised chicken, braised pork ears, etc. I ordered the braised duck with porridge. You can also have it with rice if you don’t like to eat porridge. The braised duck was very tasty. The duck had absorbed all the good taste from the seasoning suace. The duck was however not meaty enough, perhaps I didn’t specifically asked for the meaty part. The sauce of the duck goes well with my plain porridge.

Mom ordered the barley drink without sugar. I was pleasantly surprised that inside the drink, they really serve lots of barley in it. The barley drink without sugar is a bit tasteless, that is expected. The barley drink was not diluted which is good. The barley was soft and nice to eat. The only complaint is that the drink was less than warm when served; mom would like to have it warmer though.

Fish porridge is served in claypot so it is still hot when it reaches the tablethe stall will give an extra bowl so that we can cool down the porridge and enjoy it slowlythey also give yau char kwai to go with the porridgebut the yau char kwai is already deflated cause it has been fried a long time agothe fish porridge not a lot of fish but the taste is still OKalthough less fish but they still put a lot of ginger to cover the fishy smellthey also sprinkle some pepper and sesame oil to add taste

the name is lam mee suahso i thought it would taste like the lam meebut it is notbecause they deep fry the mee suah and then pour the gravy on top of it.so actually it is like wa tan hor or cantonese fried noodlesbut this is a new stall and besides the name the taste is quite deliciousjust that because they deep fry the mee suah like sang mee or yee mee so the taste and fragrance of the mee suah is lost already

I am not a fan of lui cha but i think some are still ediblefor the one in ming tien, it wasn't so palatable for me because the mint leaves were overpoweringthe green soup was essentially tasteless so i have no clue why they make it a combination because the rice itself already had some tasteamong all the ingredients inside this dish, i like the nuts and the sliced taufoo that they put inside

The fish head noodle has the right amount of milk which makes it appetizingthis shop allows request for non fish head but instead for deep fried fish meat for those who hates picking on fish head bones.i like this dish because they put a lot of salted vege and a lot of tomatoes which brings out the overall tastealthough i think the fish has been deep fried and left out for quite a while

At Ming Tien food court, the stall selling drinks will have their guys coming around for your drink orders. But be prepared for a long wait, because their guys are used to taking orders from many tables and delivering the all of them at one time. I ordered sugar cane juice. Their sugar cane juice tasted very sweet and refreshing, very cooling for a hot day. Their sugar cane juice tasted very sweet and refreshing, very cooling for a hot day. I think they use the machine to extract the sugar cane for its juices, but they add in more ice cubes so less sugar cane juice in a glass. As long as it is fresh sugar cane juice, the extra ice cubes will not make the juice feel diluted. In fact, it helps to lower down the sweetness for those who didn't like their sugar cane juice to be too sweet.

I shouldn't be ordering this because even with a small glass, it's bloody filling. First of all, it's soya MILK, which means they are suppose to be thicker and more, is very filling. The cincau they gave was a lot. They practically gave 1/2 a glass of cincau! The cincau was springy and quite delicious with the soya milk. The drink was not that sweet but most of the time I was eating more than drinking. At the end of the drink, there were still alot of cincau left because I just couldn't finish i

There is this fried seafood restaurant at Ming Tien which serves relatively delicious food.I ordered the fried lala which is cooked in ginger and spring onion. The fried lala took quite some time to arrive, which is normal for such a dish.When it arrived, I was a little disappointed with the size of the lala. When it arrived, I was a little disappointed with the size of the lala. It was the mini sized ones, which means the lala meat is also small. Once I started tucking in, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the meat in the lala are still intact, and that I wasn't paying for empty shells.

The lala was fresh, as it does not have any 'fishy' taste or smell. The gravy was full of the lala essence, which makes it very flavourful. However, as we do not have rice to serve with the gravy, I found it to be a little too salty.
Perhaps next time I shall order the this dish only when I have rice to serve with.

I can't say enough good things about the stall selling the Mixed Pork Noodle Soup. The soup is boiled with pork liver which turns out tasting strongly of the sharp liver taste which is an acquired taste but which I like. It is both slightly salty yet has a natural sweetness as well. The noodle is served with pork balls and pork liver with generously garnished spring onions and fried shallots, all of which gave it a fresh and smoky taste. I can't say enough good things about the stall selling the Mixed Pork Noodle Soup. The soup is boiled with pork liver which turns out tasting strongly of the sharp liver taste which is an acquired taste but which I like. It is both slightly salty yet has a natural sweetness as well. The noodle is served with pork balls and pork liver with generously garnished spring onions and fried shallots, all of which gave it a fresh and smoky taste. There are also vegetables in the soup to complement the ingredients.

The pork balls must have been quite well kneaded because they were a delight to chew. Likewise for the pork liver pieces which is well cooked to the right consistency. The noodles were just alright but with the other ingredients, it did not have to do much to give this dish any other extras. Worth trying and price is just RM4.50 a bowl.

There's one stall here selling a wider series of claypot noodle where most of the ingredients are the same only the type of noodle differ like wang di mian (mee raja), lou shu fun, noodle and etc. I tried onl the dried claypot wang di mian and it does look good presentation wise but tasted bad. First off the noodle is lightly flavoured. There's no saltiness in neither the noodle nor the ingredient like fishball. The dark soy sauce doesn't seems to spice up the appetite too. Ming Tien first started around Sunway area and then bloom into Taman Megah area with a tropical theme. Ming Tien is known for its ABC & bread series previously. I tried the french toast few weeks back and was rather disappoint with the serving. The size shrink a little and the ingredient used / given was obviously less. Because the bread wasn't serves hot, the chunk of butter didn't really melt and thus making the toast being eaten with the absence of the butter. The Sarawak Laksa stall at this foodcourt serves one of the best version of this local favourite from Sarawak. I love the curry broth which is from special sarawak belacan - it is not as spicy but has such a nice aroma because they mix assam, lemon grass and coconut milk in as well. And the condiments of prawns slices, chicken strips and fried egg pieces which has absorbed the broth tastes really well flavoured.
