Ming Tien Food Court (已結業)

Sarawak mee there is alright. Slightly better than other sarawak mee in KL but equally nice.It was served with quite alot of char siew (roasted pork) and sprinkled with fried minced pork. Handmade noodle was chewy and nice. Not too salty nor tasteless, it was just nice. Portion is quite big for a small size noodle. Soup came with the noodles, contains two fishballs.

Fried Kuey Teow here is really tasty! I always find foods in hawker are tasteless because most of the foods were prepared by foreign worker and hence, the lack of taste and the real origin of the food. But this is still up to the standard! If you happen to go Ming Tien for dinner/ supper or a night chill, try this out. In the whole plate of kuey teow, it has several prawns, cockles, bean sprouts and spring onions.

What do you take for supper normally?Fried kuey teow? Cake? Pao? Nooo, it's fried lala!Ming Tien Food Court has many different stalls from Sarawak mee, Japanese food to Vietnam food etcOrder this small lala that came in rather a big portion. The taste is alright,, I think they should put more chilli padi and spring onions. The rest it's alright. Small lala is in size, not too small. Price wise this is reasonable.

我习惯不吃豆芽，来到 ming tien food court 点了炒萝卜糕，也要求 auntie 不要加豆芽。炒萝卜糕档在 ming tien food court 中心里只有一档，而且如果遇到假日，很多人。炒萝卜糕是用大火炒，而且在萝卜糕里加了菜哺和鸡蛋，味道很香啊！这档炒萝卜糕很有火候，而且萝卜糕是一粒粒的，很赞！

ming tien foodcourt 的鱼翅汤让我吃了还想再吃。鱼翅汤里加了肉丝，少许的鸡蛋，香菇和鱼翅。整碗汤热热得端在你面前，很香。而且阿鱼翅汤很滑，没有加任何的调味料就很好吃了。 记得要加醋吃会更美味。我在外面很少看到有卖鱼翅汤，但 ming tien foodcourt 就有。价钱合理，而且好吃！

Ming tien food court 也有酿豆腐档。这里的酿豆腐档有很多的选择。ming tien food court 是属于露天式的，而且座位也很多。我喜欢吃这里的酿豆腐不止种类良多，而且还很新鲜呢！酿豆腐可以加面或米粉，汤底很清很甜，晚餐吃这个清淡的食物，也不怕会肥呢。

每一次经过都看到很多车及很多人，这次终于我也来趁下热闹，这里有很多食物的选择，就像一般的小贩中心。看到很多人点瓦煲面，我也就点了个瓦煲伊面，价钱还算公道。味道就差了一点，伊面不懂是否煮太久，以至那面有点煮烂了。而且那汤也有点太咸，吃完后口很干。

Lobak is a popular snack dish from Penang. Besides the usual marinated pork lobak, there are a variety of other ingredients for you to mix and match. Some of the more coomon ingredients you will find are century eggs, beancurd, bean curd skin, prawn crackers, sausages, fish balls, fish cakes, etc. There are two types of sauce. One is the chilli sauce, and the other one is a sticky sweet sauce. The sticky sweet sauce is light brown color and have bits of egg in it.

im bah ku teh big fan, i love bah kut teh since i was child, must eat every weekend. bah kut teh soup is made by herd soup and inside there have some pork rib. i like the fried "you zha gui" i like the herb soup base. so yummy and healthy, i cannot resist it. But the bah kut teh here just very light taste, i quite so disappointed about it. i think they need to improve the soup base, if not i wont come back anymore

The Vietnamese beef noodle at Ming Tien Food Court is very good. Absolutely yummy to describe for this noodles. noodles very smooth, and taste so soft. I like the beef slice, beef so fresh and they put quite a lot fresh vegetables and herbs in to the noodles. i cannot believe i can eat the very authentic vietnamese noodles at here. Because even better than the Vietnamese restaurant.

The Claypot Curry Fish Head is quite delicious and good taste. and their portion is even bigger now, very enough for two person. Except the fish head they also put quite a lot of ingredient, consider worth for money. i love the curry gravies cause spicy spicy and make me sweat a lot while im eating. Sometime they have to wait a bit long queue, because quite crowded at weekend.

The stall selling sotong with kangkung is manned by an old man. He will normally hang up the sotong to show people how fresh the sotong is. I like the way he prepared the sauce. The sauce tasted slightly sweet and spicy, the color is a bit brown and transparent. Lots of kangkung in it, which was not over blanched to retain its texture. My other favorite stall from this food court would be the stall selling chicken porridge next to the satay stall. The chicken porridge here is very delicious especially the chicken itself. The chicken is the steamed chicken, which is very smooth and juicy. Never have I tasted the chicken tough at all. The sauce was light soy sauce, sesame oil and the chicken essence from the chicken. At Ming Tien food court, the beverage guys will go around asking what drinks you want. Sometimes it takes a long time to be served because they like to prepare and served many drinks at one time. I ordered the watermelon juice, hoping for a refreshing drink. I was a bit disappointed because the watermelon juice was not sweet at all. This stall here sells all sort of steamed rice, especially in hakka flavors. This is the steamed chicken rice in black sauce. The chicken was marinated and cooked in this black color sauce that tasted salty and a bit spicy. The sauce was thick and sticky and coated the chicken pieces very well. I like that the chicken were not deboned, because with the bones, the chicken will be tastier. The sauce was definitely nice to eat together with the steamed rice.
