The pan mee here is quite well known and I have read several glowing reviews on how good the pan mee and chili flakes taste. I decided to go to the original store near Chow Kit with a friend to taste it. The bowl of pan mee only comes in a single size and you would need to order a second bowl if you need extras. The pan mee was bouncy and did not have the dry pasty texture. The chili flakes were quite addictive as it tickles the taste buds.

When comes to chilli pan mee, no one never heard about kin kin before. This is like the creator of chilli pan mee. The chilli here is the genuine spicy with strong fragrance type. You need to mix the pan mee and chilli together with the egg yolk well before you start eat them. The egg yolk I feel that is neutralize the spicyness. Be reminded, the chilli here is real spicy, if you are the type who cant eat too spicy, don't add in too much of chilli.

Here is so busy during lunch hour but that doesn't stop anyone from coming in. The place is stuffy and seats and parking are limited too. The noodle here is so tender and smooth after you break the yolk. Mixed around with chili and egg yolk. Then you get nice spicy pan mee.
