When comes to chilli pan mee, no one never heard about kin kin before. This is like the creator of chilli pan mee. The chilli here is the genuine spicy with strong fragrance type. You need to mix the pan mee and chilli together with the egg yolk well before you start eat them. The egg yolk I feel that is neutralize the spicyness. Be reminded, the chilli here is real spicy, if you are the type who cant eat too spicy, don't add in too much of chilli.
