Claypot tomyam seafoodThis is the claypot tomyam seafood.The soup is quite sour and spicy.But it's not that aromatic.It taste only sour and spicy. Something is seriously missing for this tomyam seafood soup.The squid is really huge and tender.Fresh yet tasty.The prawn is quite fresh but too small.Nothing much special for this tomyam seafood soup.The portion is quite huge but don't feel like finish it.

baked escargotThis is the baked escargot.This is the first time i order this baked escargot.And i pray so hard because this baked escargot arrived.I scared it will be very weird because i never eat escargot before.But luckily it end up quite tasty. The escargot is very fresh and not that weird because they baked it with the cheese.The cheese taste is so strong and fully block the fishy taste of the escargot.Will order this again next time.

This is the Ship at Bukit Bintang. This is a western restaurant that decorate just like a ship. The environmentinside is quite romantic for couple to have their candle light dinner here.This is the baked bun and garden salad.They served you the butter for you to eat together with the bun. Sometimes when I look at a strange menu and no idea what to eat, the first thing comes into my mind is always chicken. I don't eat beef and lamb for some reason. So my only options left are either seafood or chicken. Their chicken here is very soft and tender. Besides that, the chicken skin also very crispy. The vegetables are very fresh and nice to eat without any oil.

I like the fragrance of garlic. I like the oily and taste of butter. When you put them together, you get a very nice garlic bread. The garlic bread here is very crunchy. I love them a lot. The bread itself is fully covered with butter and garlic too. They are generous to put so many garlic on top of it.

I like to eat escargot a lot. They are covered by the heavy cheese and some garlic. Then the escargot taste like chicken or cockles. If you don't think of they are the slow snail crawling around your garden, they are actually one of the best food you can have. You can eat the sauce with garlic bread too.

It was the first of it kind if I'm not mistaken, that the chef bring a heated stone and raw meat to your table and cook it in front of you.It is so enjoyable observing how the meat juice slowy leak out from the meat while cooking, and you must resist the temptation to put it in your mouth when it is too hot to. When it is ready to eat, you'll find your saliva filing up your mouth as you cut the meat, the juicy, fragrant chicken chop will melt in your mouth.

Located at the hub of the city, The Ship at Bukit Bintang is one of the oldest franchise Western dining restaurants in Malaysia.
