my ELEPHANT Thai Restaurant (Closed)

Steam fish, fishy. Vege paku, old. Green curry chicken, could be better. Tomyam soup, dessert ruby and mango sticky rice, nice. Overall, I have no sense of satisfaction to this meal.

Till now, after trying several thai restaurants around PJ area, I and many PJ residents are adamant that Elephant Thai serves one of the best Thai food in many varieties.We came her at 11.50 am for an early lunch with Singaporean colleagues as there is another meeting later. We ordered at least 5 dishes whereby the bill came up to about RM 160.I think they are one of the only Thai restaurants that serve brown rice which makes it very healthy to eat here.Pomelo Salad The price is less than RM 20

My friend and I were looking around in Section 17, then we decided to try My Elephant.I heard about it for a long time and I always want to give a try, but only got the chance to step in the restaurant last week.We reached there about 6pm. Every time I come here, I take a long time to find the place. I wonder why. Anyway, I like the cafes here as they are located in a residential area. Tomyam soup + rice lunch set from My elephant. It is just RM 11.90 including a pandan drink, tomyam soup, salad, brown rice and a slide of watermelon. The tomyam is not like common one. It also tastes sour and spicy. But there is a herb inside makes it quite special. It is Nice! There is prawn, sotong and small meats inside. Very worthy! 

Huhu, Green curry with brown rice from My elephant. It is just RM 11.90 including a pandan drink, green curry, salad, brown rice and a slide of watermelon. The green curry is one the best I have ever tasted. The curry is gham gham taste for me with a little bit sweet. It is very matched to eat the with rice. Nice! 

My Elephant Thai Restaurant is another good place to find thai food and here i can enjoy many thai cuisines in the menu and i find that their salad is simple and yet nice serving of the big and crispy keropok. good place to come here and nice place to chill out here just to sit down and enjoy the salad with your loved ones. service is good too and i enjoy the dinner here with my family

My Elephant Thai Restaurant is located at Happy Mansion, on the ground floor of the first of three old school apartment. It is just a few block from the Food Foundry, which is famous for it's mille crepe. The restaurant is not facing the main road, so better to us GPS coordinate if you go thee for the first time. The restaurant is air conditioned, comfortable and is dimly lit and along with pretty candles that created a dreamy atmosphere. it is decorated with some elephant icon toys and painting

di sini terdapat pelbagai jenis masakan dan juga hidangan masakan ala-ala thai.......antara yang cukup popular dan amat saya gemari di sini ialah thai fried rice.....nasinya cukup lembut,empuk dan juga cukup wangi sekali.....selain itu,bahan-bahannya juga cukup padat dan banyak sekali bersama hasil gabungan nasi dan juga ayam,daging,telur dan juga sayuran..

my elephant at happy mansion is not really bigso when it's a full house it can get quite noisybut the owner is considerate enough to place some stools outside the restaurant for waiting customersthai cuisine is all about their sweet mangothe mango cheese cake had only four piecesand each of it had a satay stick so that it is easy for you to just pop one into your mouth although i find that it has more of a pudding like consistency rather than a cake

Last but not least, rice. My Elephant serves brown rice unlike the usual fragrance rice. Although I do prefer fragrance rice, this wasn't too bad. It is RM3 per pax. Refillable, all you can eat rice. Really worth it! It also helps in minimizing the exciting flavours of the dishes, for those who can't stand flavourful food. Affoadable, taste delicious, worth to order.

Spicy eggplant. I did not take a photo of the menu for this, so I've forgotten what is it called. But it is reallythe best stir-fried eggplant I've eaten. The eggplant wasn't soggy, overcooked or even undercooked. It was simply at the right stage. Its soft and easy to chew yet it maintained its firmness and texture. Truly amazing! RM15 per plate, good portion, taste delicious. 9/10 and highly recommended!

The signature myElephant Tom Yum Soup. Fantastic and really spicy. I personally like spicy food but this was perhaps a little too spicy for me. Although I have to admit that I have not eaten spicy food in a while.It was really exciting.The soup was really flavourful, but I would not say its the best Tom Yum I've drank. The ingredients such as fish, chicken and squid were really fresh.
