Capricciosa announces their chef’s specials – Steak, Chicken & Seafood Specials. The steak is their 200gm rib-eye beef steak grilled to your preferred doneness. The black pepper sauce doused on top gives it a hint of spiciness, and there is also a side serving of vegetables and potatoes.
Prefer white meat instead? The Grilled Spring Chicken is marinated in garlic and rosemary before being grilled in olive oil. Spring chickens are generally much healthier for you than commercially farmed chickens.
The Fettuccine Bouillabaisse is a clam and tomato broth cooked over a slow fire for 3 hours every morning, tossed with prawns, clams, calamari and fish, served with their fresh fettuccine.
Aiming for variety in their menu, Capricciosa’s Director of Marketing, Ryan Poh comments, “Our chef’s Steak, Chicken & Seafood Specials provide our valued guests with more choices to choose from. While they can still enjoy our fresh pastas made al dente, pizzas and our signature dishes, our steak, chicken and seafood dishes will cater to different palates.”
