🌴檳城之新關仔角🍜記得吾好太早去，我當日大約下午5點半左右去到，有一半食店都未開鋪，選擇會少一點，建議係附近商場行陣先。第一次食🍜🌴亞參叻沙😋由於當日天氣比較熱☀️出左好多汗💦💦本身冇咩胃口普遍叻沙主要為咖哩叻沙，所以好少機會食到🍜亞參叻沙😋味道係酸酸甜甜好開胃仲會有🍍菠蘿果肉🍍同香料價錢大約係RM 5定6 (吾係好記得），但老闆會問加吾加肉丸，當時我話加，加就要比多RM1 💰肉丸口感好彈牙值得推介亞參叻沙

73 Asam Laksa @ Gurney Drive Hawker Centre is located at Gurney Hawker Centre at Persiaran Gurney. It is easily accessible and customers can enjoy a variety of food here. Penang Asam LaksaThe taste of the asam laksa is just alright, the flavour of the fish broth is there. It is served with a specially made he ko (Hokkien for shrimp paste). However, it is not as nice as the other asam laksa that I have tried in Penang.

Gurney Drive Hawker Centre is a place where you can find a wide range of Penang Local cuisine.Asam LaksaThis dish is the asam laksa. The noodle used for the asam laksa is totally different. THey are tangy and chewy. THe asam laksa tastes a bit sourish and salty. It tastes really nice.

亞參叻沙Asam Laksa RM 5.00 是我偏爱的食物。槟城美食多是出名的，要想尝到地道的槟城美食，就应该去新关仔角小贩中心去一趟。亞參是一種酸酸的羅望子，與其他香料和魚湯熬煮後成為亞參叻沙的主要基底，麵條用的是粗粗的米粉條。湯匙裡放的是濃稠的蝦膏。這種酸辣刺激、拥有層次豐富的口感呢！

Asam Laksa is a must while visiting Penang at gurney drive. There is these 2 famous stall 11 & stall 73. Like this asam laksa at stall 73. Very colorful presentation, on taste wise, its great and with ample garnishing's. The prawn paste is thick and for a stronger taste, it could be added extra without additional cost. The lai fun is just nice, soft and chewable. Only that the fish meat is a bit on the less side. "Broth is very nice, not too sour taste of the assam. ;)

在吉隆坡这地方，很难吃到有炸料的汤面，也难找到好吃的asam laksa。所以我特别爱这位于gurney drive hawker centre 的73 asam laksa，他们除了有好吃的asam laksa，还有我很喜欢的炸料，而且价钱很公道。我喜欢用炸料点上asam laksa的汤，再放入口里。真的是heavenly taste!!

这个档口除了卖asam laksa之外，也有卖很多炸料。其中我最喜欢炸腐皮，这里的炸腐皮都是即场炸出来，所以很热很脆。拿来配着asam laksa吃真的是一流！这里的炸料也算很便宜，一块才RM0.40，比起ipoh真的算是很便宜！

这里的asam laksa档口很多，但是唯独这个档口前面是最多人排队的，心想可能是味道最好的吧。叫了一碗来尝试，觉得真的很不错呢！这档的asam laksa看起来卖相很好，上边有很多鱼肉之类的配料，然后吃起来时觉得酸味真的很够，有那种很开胃的感觉，我很喜欢。

I tried the asam laksa from 2 different stalls just to compare the differences. I am glad to say this is a little better than number 11 stall in terms of the broth. The taste is richer, thanks to the additional prawn paste I have requested. I have also mixed some in during my visit to number 11 stall, but the richness was still lacking. My only complaint here is that the broth lacked minced fish in it.

Caught an asam laksa fever in Penang! Out of all the bowls I tried during that trip, this was the plainest bowl. The taste was just average.. It was not too spicy. Running my spoon through the soup, I can see that it's clearer and more watery than the other laksas I have tried which are more murky and full of fish, onions and other stuff. However, at RM 3.50 a bowl, it still beats the ones in KL.
