There is something very interesting about the way Marche operates. Unlike any other restaurant they do not provide you a menu of set dishes that you choose from to eat. But instead they have different sections of raw produce where you can pick what you want then have the chef there cook it to your liking.I think I spent more time walking around the restaurant looking at all the produce than actually deciding what to eat. It felt almost as if I was grocery shopping at a rather small but upscale g

Seafood Pasta. Marche has an unique concept restaurant, the decorations look like market place and we were given a piece of paper. We have to go to each "stall" to get our food. The seafood pasta was a moist version. The pasta was not too soft. The taste was just nice, not too salty. The seasonings were just nice. The portion was quite big, just enough for my appetite.

Experience an epicurean journey all the way inside this restaurant when you take a scroll from stalls to stalls. That’s right, stalls to stalls inside a restaurant.I didn’t manage to take too much pictures because photography weren’t allowed. In fact, I was sounded politely by staffs before I stopped taking any pictures there. 喜欢他们的起司蛋糕。蛋糕做得非常的顺滑，吃起来的口感是非常细腻的，入口即化。起司蛋糕的起司味道非常的浓郁，可是吃起来并不会觉得腻。起司蛋糕下面的松化饼碎压的结实，可是口感也不会太硬。

他们这一款巧克力蛋糕还不错，巧克力的味道非常的浓厚，味道甜甜，也带点苦味，甜而不腻。蛋糕吃起来的口感则有点硬，属于比较结实的蛋糕类型。可是质感还是顺滑的。蛋糕上面那棵果实味道酸酸还蛮特别。

这款Broccoli Soup是跟蘑菇汤同一个档口的。跟蘑菇汤一样，他们的Broccoli Soup也是非常的货真价实，用料非常的多。喝起来的口感沙沙的，有许多的椰菜花的碎片在理面。比起蘑菇汤这个椰菜花汤更加的清。

这个Spanish Pealla有很多配料供选择，其中这种就是Chicken Sausage的。用的是他们道地的饭粒，比较圆，而且粒粒分明。虽然整个饭是用很多食材炒得很香，可是他们的饭是就有一种咬久了就没有味道的感觉，不太习惯。一份的价钱是RM28.90。

Beef Bacon口味的则比较便宜，一份RM5.9，有两片牛肉培根和Sour Cream。他们的Rosti是把切丝的马铃薯放满整个平底锅的份量拿去煎。煎出来的马铃薯非常的香，外层的马铃薯还有一点焦焦的。吃完整份也是很饱。

每次来都会叫他们的Rosti，Rosti的价钱从六令吉到十多二十令吉都有，只是用的材料不同。这款三文鱼的要RM11.90。三文鱼的份量算还蛮多的，而且也很新鲜。配着他们的Sour Cream一起吃，味道很好。

这里的马铃薯泥一球的价钱RM2.90，还有蘑菇酱和黑胡椒酱汁的选择。而这一款是蘑菇酱的。蘑菇酱还有一些蘑菇片在内，马铃薯泥是粗粗的类型，吃起来的口感并不是顺滑的，还可以咬到一些小小的马铃薯块。味道还满不错。

光是看它的外表就觉得非常吸引人了。它里面有各种的配料，有椰菜花，火鸡肉，灯笼椒，蘑菇甚至青瓜。整个味道吃起来非常的够味，而且它的配料也令它吃起来很有层次感，很特别。

这里的水果汁并不是非常的大杯，最便宜也要RM10，可是他们的果汁是货真价实的。完全没有添加任何的糖浆，水，连冰块也没有。黄梨汁喝起来非常的浓，他们用的黄梨也不酸。喝起来是甜味为主，带一点点酸味。好喝。

这里的蜜瓜汁也是原汁原味的。味道非常的浓郁，喝起来就像在喝着蜜瓜肉的感觉。蜜瓜汁里有沙沙的蜜瓜渣。他们选用的蜜瓜也非常的新鲜，果汁多而清甜。不喜欢带酸的饮料的人可以选择蜜瓜汁。

这里的蘑菇汤也是非常美味的。每次来总会点它。因为它的用料真的非常的多。喝起来每一口都是一粒一粒的蘑菇碎，整个非常浓郁，一碗的份量其实还蛮多。这样的品质，它的价钱也是公道的。

他们的巧克力慕斯也是不错。价钱是RM8.50。份量蛮大的。上面铺满了坚果片和巧克力粒。慕斯的部分吃起来有足够的巧克力味，做得非常顺滑，入口即化。坚果和巧克力粒也增添了整个甜点的层次感。
