If you prefer al fresco dining, Fa Ying would be your choice. A modern Thai restaurant foray in a shopping mall. Ambient is nice and I was there for a catch up with friends for a dinner.Foods were ok, but they made good drinks. First tried of Thai food in KL. The ambient was really good as it was outside of the shopping mall, and it was a combination of restaurant and pub. when thinking of thai food in paradigm mall, there are not many but i find this moden style of fa ying by rama restaurant is special and i just drop by to try on their meny. the Aglio Olio pasta is quite blant and is tasteless and vey oily. not to my expectation and not nice at all. Although the environment is cozy and comfortable, but the food taste is not really good.

Fa Ying by Rama V is located at Ground floor, Paradigm Mall, 1 Jalan SS7/26 A, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, very easy for everyone to find. mushroom soup come with one slice of toast, and toast very crunchy. Their mushroom soup was damn nice, portion quite big and very good to sharing with friend, mushroom soup taste very strong of mushroom smell, and texture very thick, can fill fully my stomach.

Thai Stir Fried Spaghetti with Chicken and Seafood, pleasant-tasting. when i saw this dish recall me pad thai, because kinda look like. But here is using pasta instead of grass noodles, taste of the dish a little sweet, salty and spicy at the same time, just like the pad thai. cost about 22 ringgit each plate, i think is not that worth, cause i cant saw many seafood inside there, just have a lot of chicken meat.

Fa Ying by Rama V , some like Thai-Fusion flavors. I order the Fettucine pasta with Roasted Duck Curry taste good. i kinda love the taste of the gravies. The pasta have a bit curry flavor, cause they have put curry powder in to the pasta, duck meat taste good , a bit chewy. this pasta also made by some pineapples, curry leaves, tomatoes. Cost about 22 ringgit one plate, price consider affordable.

Dinner w ex-colleague & her husband. Since am always craving for Thai food, why not try Fa-Ying. Wanted a super spicy tom yum..chef added plenty of bird's eye chili (instead of more paste).
