Whenever I think of German dishes,  I will always head to Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant. I am so glad that I get to indulge in many flavors of Germany at any 3 outlets in Klang Valley (Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid and Bangsar Shopping Centre). Brotzeit is operated by Chef Helmut who are originally comes from Germany and are very talented in making creative dishes. Brotzeit offers authentic modern German cuisine and premium biers from Paulaner family.

It was just around happy hour and just before dinner time. I was looking for something extra light to hold me through all the way through dinner. I had a drink at Brotzeit and was happy to find a delicious meal I’d like to introduce the Lachstatar (Salmon Tartar). This is usually an appetizer but since I had it for myself, it really was just right for a small meal. Brotzeit® is located just in front of the Starbucks Coffee and it is beautifully made with the sittings of outdoor and indoor. The restaurant is pretty dark and they have a lot of choices of food. I am having a fenzy delicious item-The Spanich Pizza. brotzeit is nice place to dine in with the big platters of the sausages their menu is variety and available.the sausage platter is about RM78 .but really worth it if you share among person. also their famous food-Pork knuckles (RM85) which you must try this as well, and yet very appetizing to start off the meal.love the taste so much and i love their menu and the sausage is really delicious

Includes Pork Knuckle, Sausages, Ribs, Paulaner Bee.can try next time if they repeat this deal. here also have pork belly, grilled marinated pork steaks and curry pork sausages. their menu is really interesting

Brotzeit位于sunway pyramid大门的右手边，一点也不难找。这餐厅我个人非常喜欢，除了有好的美食，还有很舒服的环境。他们以Bavarian cuisine为主。食量不大的人最好跟朋友share,因为他们一点都不吝啬于providing good & big food!我很爱他们家的bacon pizza,虽然卖相还好，但是每一口都是heavenly taste!

The pork knuckle set here is a very good place for gathering for a group of people. It is more than enough when you have 5 persons to share together. Frankly speaking, I do enjoy eat their sausages more than eat their pork knuckle. The pork knuckle here not really my type. One of the main reason is the pork skin here is very thick and also oily. I feel too oily after I eat it.

Had this fabulous sausage platter for the day. serve in hot and worth to wait for the meal to arrive. Splendid moment I had in Brotzeit! The food is just awesome and everything makes my day. Tasty sausage and some salad and also french fries with it. Enjoying my meal here with a harmony atmosphere in this restaurant. I would like to come to dine in here again with my babes and family.

reasonable with very good services and food!! this is one of my favourite restaurant at sunway pyramid that i'll go at least once a month ! if you think the menu is expensive, try visit brotzeit frm 11am to 3pm.. u can have the valuable set lunch! The outlet here used to have lunch promotion with this dish included. Having heard of so many good comments about german sausages, I did not hesitate to give this a try. Indeed it did not dissapoint me. I love the firm texture with good quality of meats used. One was not enough for me, I wish there were more. I enjoyed dipping it with some mustard to give additional spicy kick. The sauerkraut essentially comprised potatoes, leeks, bacon and cabbage- decent and well seasoned.

Some PorkNot much restaurant in Sunway do serve Pork cuisine, this is one of the best at there. Two slice of pork meat combine with one truffle and vegetables combination. The sauce is certainly very good together with the fried pork, it is crispy and the sauce is a little sweet and spicy. Good plater but not enough to make pork lover's stomach full. Aside from the pork, the truffle with mayonnaise is really good, i would combine all of them together to make one mouthful of pork enjoyment.
