Raging for more rice? This fried one is a curious but comforting creation _ wet like claypot rice, baptized in a mix of raw egg & abalone sauce.

AbaloneOriental Viva is a very grand and high class restaurant. The environment is very comfortable and the customer service is very good. This abalone is a dish with consider as grand and expensive food for Chinese. This abalone consider as big and it is very fresh. It is chewy and cooked till just nice, so it wont become hard. You can taste the sweetness from the fresh of this abalone. The special home made sauce is not strong taste but it make the abalone more delicious.

Roasted PigRestaurant Oriental Viva is a very grand Chinese style restaurant. There is quite lots of choice of traditional Chinese food. This is the roasted pig which Chinese had this for celebration. It roasted in very balance as you can see from the pictured that it is in golden colour and well presentation. The skin is very crispy and with the sesame, so it taste very good. The pork is juicy and not dry. It smell really good and this can eat with bread with special sauce which the restaurant

OysterRestaurant Oriental Viva is a Chinese style restaurant with very grand decoration and a very nice environment for you to dine-in. This is oyster with special sauce. The oyster is deep fried but inside the oyster still very juicy and can taste the freshness of it. The outer layer is crispy but it is tasteless because only that you can taste the oyster. The sauce is fried onion and green onion, the fried onion is very crispy and smell very good but the taste is very light.

Braised Whole Abalone with Mushroom This is a very grand Chinese style restaurant which serve those high class Chinese food. This is the abalone which is consider very high class and expensive dish for Chinese people. The size od the abalone not very big and small. Actually the taste is very light, it need to eat with the sauce only can bring out the fresh and sweet of the abalone. The feel of bite is chewy because it not overcooked, otherwise it will feel like biting a plastic.

Braised Egg Noodle Village StyleThis is a very grand Chinese style restaurant. This is the special treat and highly recommended food- Braised egg noodle village style. This noodles is cooked with egg, veggies and mushroom. In chinese, this dish is 焖面, which is cook the noodles by letting the noodles cook in the sauce, so that the taste of the sauce will go to the noodles very balance.
