This abalone is a dish with consider as grand and expensive food for Chinese. This abalone consider as big and it is very fresh. It is chewy and cooked till just nice, so it wont become hard. You can taste the sweetness from the fresh of this abalone. The special home made sauce is not strong taste but it make the abalone more delicious.
