It is tasty and this dessert was a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. the strawberry was a bit sour while the mango was sweet in taste, so it is a good combination. Here at Cilantro I am eating the Tartare of Hon Maguro with Egg York and Wasabi Toast. The tartare of hon maguro was soft and nice. The egg York was about three quarter cook and the toast was spread with wasabi so it was spicy. Overall it was a tasty meal.
