Fried foie gras with unagi. A match made in heaven. Braised ox tongue with foie gras & madeira sauce. Creamy decadence. Selection of French cheese, with five different kinds of goat cheese... ... as well as various cow and ewe cheese. Divine in their stinkiness. We settled for a mix of Saint Maure, Mimolette, Epoisses de Bourgogne, and two others whose names we've forgotten. continue reading

This is the Cilantro restaurant at MiCasa All Suite Hotel. We went there to celebrate my birthday. Cilantro restaurant is a frech style restaurant that served really nice french food. The environment there is so romantic and perfectfor a candle light dinner.This is the appetizer.Very nice i would say.There are few types of small dishes in this appetizer. The first one at the top is the oyster.The oyster is as big as the shell.It's so fresh and tasty.No any weird taste and so pure.The ham is cold and taste really nice.It's so fresh.They also provide a glass of water so you can drink it before you taste another type of appetizer. continue reading

French restaurant is always a dream more than realistic.Why?The portion for french food is really little because they sell food presentation and quality more than quantity.You might feel so silly to pay such high price for a small little plate of food(Maybe just a small piece of food at the center of the plate).But sometimes,it's good to be silly.Money is to spend and at least we can enjoy the food there.The scallop is grilled to a perfect tender and it's really a true big huge scallop.The food presentation is already worth what we're actually paying.The scallop taste sweet and the sauce is quite tasty. continue reading

This are the dessert I ate today at cilantro. It is tasty and this dessert was a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. the strawberry was a bit sour while the mango was sweet in taste, so it is a good combination. When I put it into my mouth, it likely melting me up with its fantastic good taste. Worth to try this up. continue reading
