Here I am at cilantro eating bread with truffle better. I lightly spread the truffle butter on top of the bread because I thought it will be salty. The bread was a bit hard but the truffle butter was nice, there was a strong aromatic butter and it matches the plain white bread.

Thursday, 12th was your birthday. Although not time much be with you and even now you were gone but I believe you are fine now =] That people will take good care of you, you know it, isn't itDespite this, I still "celebrate" your birthday for you and I choose a restaurant you might like. Eating unagi daily almost make me vomit, what about deep fried eel It is light yet crispy with well taste virgin sauce,Vierge and cheese. Found that the signature decor of the dish always shiso cress.

Might be surprise that I had "abandon" the fish and chose this main course. I don't know what goes wrong with myself and today I just feel like wanna try something other than fish. The bloody red meat really look not appetizing for me. But it taste glorious, juicy and tender with some generous amount of shaved truffles.Ambrosial dish.

Come to the dessert, I'm sorry that I can't poke the birthday candles for you because I can't find a suitable position to poke in but I have make a wish for you instead. Ricotta ice cream with lime zest, arg, totally perfect ending for my meal.

I very rarely take alcoholic drink outside because of alcohol sensitivity. So I leave it for the last before the coffee.
