I had to wait for 20 minutes after making reservation and had to wait for another 10minutes before we got seated.
The restaurant is clean with simple modern furnishing. It is quite and serene inside. This made me felt like I was transcended to another place. It is just that I preferred a more reserved place which is next to the table were seated. It was empty for more than 30minutes I was there.
The service is fast the moment we were seated. The menu is very details because even children can understand the food because there are pictures next to the name of the dish. I ordered Tai Nabeyaki Udon because I prefer something soupy. I was expecting that the udon to be smaller than the photos but I was shocked when the waiter place a portable butane gas stove on my table and a huge bowl on it. It was a surprise that the udon was not small like the katsu don (rice) but then I was wondering if I could finish eating it. I was stuffed by the time I finish eating the Tai Nabeyaki. It contains fish, vegetables, mushroom and tofu.
So, share with another person if you do not normally large portion. The portion is twice the noodles one normally eat at mamak. I think it is worth the price for such a delicious udon and on top of that at KLCC. The udon is just nice and not chewy at all. The tofu is really soft. Nothing that I do not like about the udon. Overall, good experience at it other than high price tag.

Tai Nabeyaki Udon RM27
Ocha RM1.50
Water RM0.50
There is a 10% service tax and 6% government tax.

Appetizer in Japanese restaurant normally will comes with salad or small pasta. Yuzu serves salad appetizer that came in a set. It was not up to my liking. I prefers a salad with more sesame sauce topping. It is more on freshness and with a bit of soy sauce. It was alright if you are not liking sesame that much in a japanese restaurant. It has two slices of cucumber, cherry tomatoes and vegetables.

There goes a day I was craving for fried food again, I went to this Japanese restaurant in KLCC. Yes, tempura never fails me.It is nice eating it. Not too oily, still acceptable. Environment was nice and relax. Service is good, you will not left un-attended for green tea refills. Portion is not too small, just nice for a snack. In a plate of tempura, there are one prawn, brinjal, long beans and sweet potatoes.

Haven't tried any fried salmon in any Japanese restaurant before. So there was a day I was keen in trying out their grilled salmon to test the freshness instead of my favor teppanyaki salmon. This grilled salmon in Yuzu has a big portion and it was fresh. The meat was juicy, not too oily and succulent. With some squeezes of lemon juices, it was perfect. If you are looking for fresh grilled salmon, this is where you can order.

Whenever I crave for chicken dish, I will go for terriyaki chicken in any Japanese restaurant.Terriyaki chicken here is sweet and nice. Meat is really juicy. However, portion of their chicken disappointed me. It was small. Overall presentation is normal, not so impressive. But they managed to marinate the chicken until it is fully tasted 'terriyaki and sweet'. Will keep this restaurant as second choice when I am craving for chicken terriyaki set.

Do you like salmon sushi that came with thick slice of salmon or thin?Yuzu in KLCC has a nice ambient. However, i prefer thick slice of salmon than this thin salmon with mayonaise and mentaiko on top.Rice is intact. Meat is thin and slightly dry. But fresh enough. Service here is good I would say. I do not have to request too many times for my tea refil but they will serve you nice. Price wise, it is reasonable.

At Yuzu, you can also opt to order set meal instead of a-la-carte dishes. The set meal was a good value looking at the amount of condiments that comes with it. We ordered this “pregnant fish” set. The fish is really big pieces and the amount of fish roe in the fish, was unaccountable. Well, it taste great and the fish roe was slightly spicy. The fish was grilled. Other condiments on the set were the miso soup, chawanmushi, tempura vegetables, fresh salad, pickled vegetables and radish. Along wit

At Japanese restaurant, my other favorite cooked food will be the unagi. The unagi is the eel is sweet teriyaki sauce. The eels were laid nicely on top of the Japanese rice. The sweet teriyaki sauce goes perfectly with the fat, round Japanese rice. The eel is also a “fatty” fish, which is how I think of it. However, it is important to get the right amount of fatness from the fish. I really don’t like to have my fish to be too “fatty”. This eel here presents good composition of fatness, so I’m ha

The restaurant manager was very nice to give us a free portion of the appetizer to try out. She brought us a portion of the fried prawns. The prawns were from small to medium size, lightly fried. It was a nice appetizer, definitely goes well with some beers. The prawns were fried to golden brown and the shells were edible. It was lightly seasoned with salt and perhaps some beer marinated it too. I’m not too sure about the beer marinating, but it was definitely a nice snack.

Oysters were fresh, and as always for fresh oyster, they tasted like sea water.
