My first time at Yuzu, KLCC, was quite a nice food fare. This is salmon sashimi, which I adored so much. The salmon sashimi was sliced in thick pieces, served on an iced cold bed. The salmon was definitely fresh and goes well with the wasabi with soy sauce. I had a few pieces and didn’t even feel over eaten. Sometimes having too many pieces of the salmon sashimi I would feel the fish was too fatty, but not in this case.
