The restaurant manager was very nice to give us a free portion of the appetizer to try out. She brought us a portion of the fried prawns. The prawns were from small to medium size, lightly fried. It was a nice appetizer, definitely goes well with some beers. The prawns were fried to golden brown and the shells were edible. It was lightly seasoned with salt and perhaps some beer marinated it too. I’m not too sure about the beer marinating, but it was definitely a nice snack.
