This is the first time I discovered tea pot soup in a Japanese restaurantThe soup is in a black teapot and you're given a small tea cup so that you can poor the soup out and drink itBut when you open the teapot cover you will find many other ingredients such as mushrooms and spring onions and bits of chickenThe soup is very refreshing I half beleive that it's because the soup is boiled with tea leaves
