又一道这家店的名菜!
他们家的菜,尤其是以酸辣为主的,主厨(老板娘)都拿捏得非常好!
酸甜辣多一分则太多少一分则太少。
这道东炎海鲜汤的味道真的“冇得顶”,可以说是料多味好!!
再次的大大力的推荐这道东炎汤!!

从没吃过这么好味的柠檬蒸鱼,就只有这家,总是对这餐馆的这道菜念念不忘。
老板娘这次用了生鱼,她说生鱼的肉质比较细嫩,口味也鲜美(其实也可以用其他鱼类烹调)。
这道蒸鱼的酱汁主要是有蒜米、指天椒和柠檬,
鱼吸收了集柠檬酸香和辣味一体的汤汁,哇塞!一流!
汤汁越煮越久,味道就越浓郁,拿来捞饭真的可以消灭掉好几碗饭!
这道菜真的色香味俱全!!
我个人超级推荐这道菜!!真的赞赞赞!!

另外,老板娘说还有一种蒸鱼,味道比这道还要辣(这道已经很辣了对我来说),
很吃得辣很嗜辣的人可以试试.........

猪颈肉肉质嫩滑,所以就算碳烤吃起来也不会“老”,不会硬。
厨师将猪头都腌制好,然后在炭火上烤香。
烤好后附上薄荷叶,一起酌着吃,味道清新....
没有吃过这样的搭配,还蛮特别一下......
不过由于之前几道都是很重口味的,这道清新的菜在重口味之后,
所以显得好像不够味,但是多喝几口茶冲淡了之前的重口味后再吃这菜,
这菜还是很不错滴....薄荷香+啖啖肉.....下次有机会会再试试!

老板娘今天给了我们两种鱼饼。
图片上左边的鱼饼是有加入了香茅的,个人很喜欢香茅的味道,所以我觉得不错吃。
图片上右边的不很清楚,估计应该是加入了芋头的,味道也不错吃。
喜欢吃这类小吃的可以试试....

这道沙拉和木瓜沙拉有着异曲同工之妙,同样是让人流口水的一道开胃菜,但是主角却是芒果。
它的主要材料是芒果、葱头、指天椒、花生和鱿鱼片。
比起青木瓜沙拉,这道芒果沙拉的味道比较适合不能吃太辣的人。
虽然说不会很辣,但是该有的酸酸甜甜还是有!
芒果加上烘香的花生和鱿鱼片加持........ 哇塞!!好搭配!!实在太美味了!!
