The tandoori I found here was remarkably delicious, not because of the high-end , exquisite environment (although it helps, more or less), that affects my taste buds, but the chicken they grilled was so aromatic, tangy, and reddish.. the spices can be easily determined with your tongue, also , the meat was still very tender and juicy at the inside. The sweet and sour fish was deep fried, then drench in the curry dalca, which is very fragrant , a lil bit tangy and spicy ... It was totally an appetizing dish for me.
The grilled lamb was marinated beforehand for up to 48 hours, no wonder it's so flavorful! Even the bones was filled with the aromatic herbs & spices flavor.. of course, black pepper plays an important role in this dish too.
The lamb was soft, and not rough.. even my grandmother loves this!
