我必须承认说,这里的食材都很新鲜。在teppanyaki的虾肉简直是顶级的,配上独特的酱料,更是一级棒。但由于我个人不吃辣,而师傅却会在煮好的食物上撒上不少胡椒粉,不过这个可以向师傅提出要求的。除了虾肉,还有鱼肉、牛肉、鸡肉可选择。虽然我不是牛肉的忠实粉丝,但这里的beef teppanyaki是挺不错吃的哦。


另外,这里必吃的就是他们家的Salmon sashimi!纹路分明的三文鱼肉片加上分布均匀的油脂,入口即化的口感,简直是赞、赞、赞!这个我可没有夸张到哦。有机会来到这里一定要尝尝哦~


吃了不少重口味的,如果想来点清淡的,他们也有水果或新鲜的蔬菜供客人自制salad哦,salad bar还备上了各种各样的salad dressing,照顾了不同口味的客人们。


吃了几轮后,终于是进入甜品的时刻啦。这里的甜品种类其实也不少。蛋糕、fondue、雪糕、waffle、水果等等,就连豆花也有哦 ,口感挺咕溜。虽然雪糕没有很多的口味选择,但旁边架子里却是有好多种toppings供选择哦!
巧克力冰淇淋是他的最爱,竟吃了8粒!而我的就选择了巧克力和咖啡口味的,配上了数种坚果。

当晚餐厅里的客人也不少,有的是情侣间的浪漫晚餐、有的是公司员工聚餐、有的是家庭聚餐等。这里高雅的设计与浪漫的气氛,配上美食,可说是值得一去。

All fruits were incredibly sweet and fresh, like seriously. I am falling deeper for this restaurant.
The kuih muih was delicious, even the presentation won my heart over all buffet restaurant I've tried before.
Kuih muih wasn't plain sweet, but full of the aroma of coconut milk...
All kuihs were freshly made too! No wonder it ttaste different from others!!
How am I able to differentiate ?easy, the outer part wasn't try at all.. it's still moist and sticky. That's the trick!

On the humble corner, there's a humble Japanese chef busy making sushi to replenish the bottomless sushi plate.Clear as you can see, there were plenty of fresh cut, glistering , shining , alluring sashimi (salmon, tuna).No doubt, it was utterly fantastic, the raw salmon just melts in your mouth, leaving you an undescribable euphoric feeling.The fresh cut muscle, prawns and crabs were incredibly delicious too. The ikan bilis masak sambal successfully made me down to my knees.
The sambal was sweet and spicy, the ikan bilis (Anchovy) was deep fried until crispy, very unique and aromatic crunchiness when you eat it all on it's own..
Love it to the max.

All of the ulam were basically more or less the same, lot's of crunch (contributed by the long beans and bunga kantan (a type of vege) , shredded coconut and more!)
It was a very healthy dish ..

Besides, they also serve cold western appetizers such as cold cut hams(chicken and turkey) , raw fresh salmons and prawns.
Overall was above average.

The tandoori I found here was remarkably delicious, not because of the high-end , exquisite environment (although it helps, more or less), that affects my taste buds, but the chicken they grilled was so aromatic, tangy, and reddish.. the spices can be easily determined with your tongue, also , the meat was still very tender and juicy at the inside. The grilled lamb was marinated beforehand for up to 48 hours, no wonder it's so flavorful! Even the bones was filled with the aromatic herbs & spices flavor.. of course, black pepper plays an important role in this dish too.
The lamb was soft, and not rough.. even my grandmother loves this!

I love buffets, and relish every chance I get going to any buffets. Latest Recipe Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is really an awesome place for a buffet. I was greeted by the chocolate fountain(the hallmark of an expensive buffet! kekeke) and felt like a kid in disneyland abundance of fresh salads for your picking...appetizers, lots of asian varieties...ham, ham and more ham! and cheese varieties too...many many stalls for your choosing. From indian to japanese to chinese, you'll be spoilt for choice
