Restoran Kar Hiong very easy to spot as it facing main road. Always crowded with people as you can see this scene when passing by the road at Subang Jaya. Especially on weekend you actually need to wait to be seated. But the service here very fast and good. Another must try dish is Ginger Fish Slices (姜葱鱼片). This dish cooked with plenty of ginger slices and spring onions. Stir fried with fish slices and the gravy taste delicious. The fish slices were fresh enough presented a sweet taste. Quite a big portion for just RM 15 (S). For those who love to eat egg, you can try this fried egg with long bean , a very homey taste with plenty of diced long bean selling a plate at RM6 (s) only. Extremely cheap!

Brocoli with prawnThis is the brocoli with prawn.Brocoli is always my favourite when comes to vegetables.The brocoli is so fresh and still chewyalthough they already fried it.I don't like brocoli that is too soft and overcook.The prawn is fresh and tender.They fried it with the oyster sauce and this is really nice.Quite a healthy vegetable dish to eat other than meat.Light and easy for dinner.

Ginger Steamed Fish Head @ RM24.00The soong fish head is quite huge but the fish meat is still smooth and soft. The fish is fresh and without the fishy smell. Perfectly steamed at the right timing. It's beded with generous ginger sauce on top. The ginger sauce is not only little spicy but also comes with a strong nice fragrance. I drink the soup too, just like ginger soup to prevent bloating.

Fried Vegetable @ RM9.00This is a unique vegetable that seldom served as a dish itself. I don't know what is the name of it but is the leafy veggies that we normally find in the Pan Mee. It was soaked and minced then stir fried with scramble eggs. The veggie tasted very fresh and got its own veggie sweetness in it. The texture is very soft and bit chewy something like baby food .
