Fried Vegetable @ RM9.00This is a unique vegetable that seldom served as a dish itself. I don't know what is the name of it but is the leafy veggies that we normally find in the Pan Mee. It was soaked and minced then stir fried with scramble eggs. The veggie tasted very fresh and got its own veggie sweetness in it. The texture is very soft and bit chewy something like baby food . This is a must to order in Kar Hiong Restaurant, very yummy!
