Vinegar Pork Trotter @ RM15.00One of my colleague love vinegar pork trotter very much. We will surely order if we are at chinese restaurant. I was surprise the small portion is quite big too. Many pieces and each piece comes with pork skin and some very tender meat. Glad that there are not much fats but mostly soft bones. I love the soft bones which are chewy but soft. The pork trotter had well absorb the vinegar soup that makes it even tastier. The vinegar soup is very delicious too. The taste is rich with sourish and some herbal aroma. Makes me keep drinking and eat up my portion of white rice. Very addictive !
