This dish is generally known as "Kung Po Chicken" to us Chinese, and in any other chinese dining establishments it's also normally listed as such. So I was surprised that in Esquire Kitchen's menu this dish is listed as "Chicken Paprika" haa haa but actually it's the same thing.. succulent, tender chicken pieces fried with cashew nuts and dried chillies and a special sweet dark soy sauce makes it very appetizing indeed
