Steamed Chinese Pomfret (Tau Tai) in Soy SauceAfter some fried dishes, this lighter dish of Steamed Chinese Pomfret (Tau Tai) in Soy Sauce comes just in time to strike some balance to the throat The meat is indeed very soft and sweet, served with the simplest dressing of soya sauce to enable diners to enjoy the freshness of the fish. The fish is purposely chosen so to be of medium-sized for this is the best way to enjoy the tenderest part of this fish species. Now only I know it! Seems like not
After some fried dishes, this lighter dish of Steamed Chinese Pomfret (Tau Tai) in Soy Sauce comes just in time to strike some balance to the throat The meat is indeed very soft and sweet, served with the simplest dressing of soya sauce to enable diners to enjoy the freshness of the fish. The fish is purposely chosen so to be of medium-sized for this is the best way to enjoy the tenderest part of this fish species. Now only I know it! Seems like not only my tummy got rewarded, but also some additional food knowledge to be added into my gastronomic dictionary. After it is steamed and served with some julienned scallions, it’s the perfect way to go with a bowl of white rice. Guess the natural way is always the best to go for fresh food is already taste good as itself
