Chili. What's a steamboat with their signature chili paste? Coco steamboat served us a bowl of chili to go with our steamboat ingredients. It was not thick version, but not diluted wither. It was made of chili and some garlic. The garlic taste was not strong, while the chili was not too spicy. I would say it was just a so-so chili dipping sauce as compared to another steamboat chain. continue reading
