i love oyakodon because it has everything i want in a bowl of rice - chicken meat topped with loads of egg and onions. The ingredients in this japanese dish are then all simmered together in a sauce and then served, with a beautifully aromatic scent of fried onions. sushi zanmai's were absolutely tasty as the some of the eggs were still quite raw, so when you mix the rice the creamy egg yolk would serve as some sort of sticky sauce with the rice. great when complemented with the sweet soy sauce
