Chuka Cinmi Sushi. Sushi Zanmai always will have long queue and packed with people regardless the hour. We had to wait quite some time for our turn to be seated during the peak lunch hour. My dining partner ordered the chuka chinmi sushi as he always fancy such ingredients. Sushi Zanmai's portion was not big, the chuka chinmi was "crunchy" and fresh. It has seasonings with it too.
