it seems like a must-have to order this whenever i visit sushi zanmai. their rolled sushi rice is sticky and sweet, and combined with the soft shelled crab fillings, it was fun to chew the crunchiness of the sushi. I find the ones with the soft shelled crab's legs sticking out to be quite unecessary though since it just makes it somewhat inconvenient to eat. I only wish the fillings would be filled with more soft shelled crab next time.
