I had ordered a few salmon sushis, unagi, white tuna, as well as egg with inari (bean curd skin). my favorite will be the egg one as the texture of the mashed egg was creamy and great when topped with mentaiko. firmly wrapped with the inari skin, the entire entity of the sushi was definitely enjoyable. the salmon on the other hand was very fresh, although sliced quite small for a sushi. the unagis were quite moist and had a bland flavor which i assumed they had left the unagi on the moving belt
