After too many over-adventures (i.e. not getting the quality I'd hoped for) when trying out different things at Favola, I decided to play it safe and went for a classic... with the hope that they wouldn't butcher it.This pasta bolognese is pretty decent. Nothing over the top, portions were modest, but price was proportionate to the serving. Tomatoes were fresh and potent, fresh pasta (optional, many to choose from) tasted firm like pan mee. Not exciting, but not bad. Very safe.

Aiyo, how can something that looks so good and costs so much taste so unappealing? They removed the veal ossobucco from the menu because it's frankly quite terrible (and they must've acknowledged it), but they still serve this lamb which tastes almost as bad (or did they replace the veal with this?).The taste is completely weird, with the wrong balance of salt and sour, which was quite strong. The mash tasted good but the gravy killed it. The meat wasn't even particularly tender.

I don't understand why so many people just have to have meat on their pizza. To me, a pizza in its purest form is just cheese, tomatoes, and herbs. This Neapolitan pizza best embodies that spirit of purity.The crust is thin and dense, with a crispy edge; and the cherry tomatoes are toasted to sweetness, giving the pizza an essential dimension of flavour. The cheese is evenly and lavishly distributed. Various herbs accentuate the flavours, for a perfectly balanced pizza.No meat? No problem!

So basically, ravioli is just dumplings from another region. Typically, the Chinese version in a similar serving size would cost perhaps RM5-10 at most, but this one is RM50.Made of gold? Almost. Super rich, juicy and tasty minced Wagyu beef, wrapped in durum wheat flour skin, with freshly-shaved parmesan and black truffles. The flavours were rich, creamy, and earthy - so much so that even this small portion satisfied and filled me up properly!

Feeling slightly restless, I started walking around to check out the grandeur of this vicinity Floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers and polished doors fringed with sturdy wooden frames. What I'd give to live here ;)A whole friggin' table of canapes!Anis and I certainly enjoyed the tapas food thereLoved the Bruschetta's there too. They had choices Tomato, Basil, Smoked Salmon and Tuna.

这里这个蛤蜊汤，真的令人有意外惊喜，厨师熟练的手艺将蛤蜊加上汤煨煮，加入了特制的辣牛肉香肠，所以吃的时候，不但吃到新鲜蛤蜊的鲜香甜味，而且味道浓郁，丝毫没有抢走了蛤蜊的香味。

这里这个甜品非常特别，野莓口味的雪糕沐浴在九层塔汁里，配着鲜桃，还有铺着蜜糖烤脆的杏仁饼，感觉很清新爽口，特别是那杏仁饼，这种配搭产生的效果非常好，而且味道也非常不错

这里这个提拉米苏，不是蛋糕装而是放进一个精致的高脚杯里，里面有柔软入口即化的奶油口感中和巧克力味道浓酱，这种配搭产生的效果非常好，而且味道也非常不错，满足了美观和口欲的享受。

这道非常普通但又不普通的开胃餐就是沙拉，里面有包着干酪，火箭菜，橄榄油，肉肠干之类的和蘑菇等，而且这里所有的蔬菜都是每日从有机农场里新鲜送上，味道十分清新口感非常好。

这里这道那道煎尖吻鲈鱼，厨师将新鲜尖吻鲈鱼块在没有经过任何腌制就放进火炉烤，外脆内软的口感，而且放在由橄榄油，新鲜的马铃薯，蕃茄和螃蟹肉组成的沙拉之类的东西，味道又独特，幸福滋味不是语言能形容的。

Plain Spaghetti. During the lunch time after our event in Le Meridien Hotel, we were seated in Favola restaurant. It has a very nice ambiance and comfortable seating. One of the main course was this plain spaghetti. The spaghetti was plain, tasted like Maggi Mee Goreng to me . Maybe I do not know how to enjoy this dish. It was not bad, I did finish the whole plate but it was not spectacular.

Italian Gelato. After the 3-course lunch, we were given the Italian gelato as dessert. It was not a simply one scoop gelato, it was topped with blueberry syrup and a piece of chocolate stick. The chocolate stick apart, the combination of the blueberry syrup and the gelato was match made in heaven. It tasted so delicious. It was sweet and the gelato was addictive.

The beef steak that ordered taste is good, the meat is tender when you cut on it you know. When you eat the meat, the juicy of the beef is spread in your mouth, nice! The black pepper sauce that come with it is full with black pepper smell and it is very thick. The mash potato that come with, is thick in texture and the taste is tasty. The portion is very filling, the staff is very friendly too.

This is a wood fire oven baked Italians type of pizza, out of all the variety in the menu, we decided to have this seafood type. It is tomato based, nicely spread with a lot of ingredients on top, such as squid, scallop, clams, prawns and etc. last, there is a lot of cheese spreads on top of it and bring to baked. The taste is matching and good. The crust is nicely baked and crispy too.

This is a very nice restaurant with very good hospitality show by the staff, they are polite in serving you. The lasagne that we ordered is highly recommended by a lot of people. The plate that serve is hot and need to be cautions when you eating. The lasagne is not creamy enough for me, cheese that put in is ok. The meat is tender and soft when you eat, taste is good too. Not a very bad dish to have, very filling too.
