I don't understand why so many people just have to have meat on their pizza. To me, a pizza in its purest form is just cheese, tomatoes, and herbs. This Neapolitan pizza best embodies that spirit of purity. The crust is thin and dense, with a crispy edge; and the cherry tomatoes are toasted to sweetness, giving the pizza an essential dimension of flavour. The cheese is evenly and lavishly distributed. Various herbs accentuate the flavours, for a perfectly balanced pizza. No meat? No problem!
