After too many over-adventures (i.e. not getting the quality I'd hoped for) when trying out different things at Favola, I decided to play it safe and went for a classic... with the hope that they wouldn't butcher it.This pasta bolognese is pretty decent. Nothing over the top, portions were modest, but price was proportionate to the serving. Tomatoes were fresh and potent, fresh pasta (optional, many to choose from) tasted firm like pan mee. Not exciting, but not bad. Very safe.

This pasta bolognese is pretty decent. Nothing over the top, portions were modest, but price was proportionate to the serving. Tomatoes were fresh and potent, fresh pasta (optional, many to choose from) tasted firm like pan mee. Not exciting, but not bad. Very safe.
