The ginger stir-fried venison has generous amount of ginger slices and spring onion slices. It was simple and clear dish, not too oily. The venison slices were tender and juicy, slight salty. The ginger added some ginger-spiciness into it. The spring onion slices added some pungent flavour to the dish. The venison however was too little for the price that we were paying.
