Sarawak Laksa. When this bowl of laksa was served, the appearance was deceiving because Sarawak Laksa broth is supposed to be darker and black in color. Bayu Timor version was orange in color. It has fishballs and beansprouts. The broth was thick and flavourful. It was quite spicy together with the sambal paste in it. The ingredients were fresh. As a whole, it is a good bowl of laksa, and not Sarawak laksa.
