Sushi Tei practice pristine culinary skills and incisive expertise with an innate appreciation of nature come together to inspire and enhance the experience of true Japanese dining.The Sansai Udon is rather plain in term of ingredient but was however rich and flavourful with taste. The udon was "Q" and nice to chew while the soup was tasty. The dish however was slightly below expectation for the price to pay, but it is good to fill you up after you satisfy your sushi crave.
